What form(s) of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover all through Square.  We also use Paypal and they automatically encrypt your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

We will accept personal checks but the items will not ship until we are notified the funds have cleared the bank.  You can also send a bank wire, please inquire if that is your preference.

Where do you ship from?

  • We ship from Palm Springs, California; United States.
  • All Art Works are Professionally Packed and insured while in transit. We dispatch via Fedex or USPS and on occasion, UPS. 
  • Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days, with a shipped confirmation email being sent once your order is on the way.  Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location.

How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?

We provide complimentary Professional Packing, Transit Insurance and and Shipping Costs for all Fine Art purchases that are dispatched to addresses in the United States.  All charges for packing and shipping are free unless not stated so in the item description.  This applies only to orders placed through our website.  Art listed in auctions and other non www.levitonfineart.com platforms may have a shipping charge.

Will you dispatch internationally?

Yes, we are willing to dispatch Fine Art internationally by USPS or Fed Ex, but the buyer is responsible for payment, so please contact us for assistance on shipping options.

For international shipments, will you pay the Customs Duty and Import Tax?

All Customs Duties and/or Taxes are the responsibility of the Buyer. All International Shipments are accompanied with a Commercial Invoice that describes the Work of Art purchased, the country of origin and the value. We suggest you contact your local Tax Office regarding Taxes and Fees as they vary around the world and may be required, and vary around the world. We never detail a Work is a "gift" as way to avoid the resultant tax due.

Does Leviton Fine Art, LLC charge Sales Tax?

We are required by Law to charge and collect applicable local and California State Sales Tax for all purchases delivered and/or dispatched within the State of California. Should you reside elsewhere, we are required to collect California Sales Tax only if the Work is delivered and/or picked up within the State of California.

What is your return policy?

We hope you will love it and not want to return the art, but if there is a problem after receiving the item, please contact us within 15 days. Since we pay to ship to you, on returned items you are responsible for paying the shipping unless there is a problem with the condition of the art (not the framing). If any conditon issues are not disclosed at the time of purchase, we will of course pay to return the item.  

What if the item is damaged during shipping?

In the event the item is damaged during shipping, we will file a claim on your behalf. We insure all art shipments.  You agree to retain all packaging until we have filed a claim as the insurance company always asks for photos of the packaging and the damaged item.  You agree to cooperate with the requests from the insurance company in a timely manner.  Once the issue has been resolved you may then discard the packaging and ship the item back to us or keep it in the event you decide to do that. In some cases the damage is not complete and the insurance company may offer a partial refund and let you keep the art.
