Tribute to Warhol by Ugo Nespolo
Ugo Nespolo (b. 1941, Italy) "Tribute to Warhol" (2018) aka "Same Ol' Soup" is an original limited edition (99) serigraph. It is Hand Signed and Numbered, and the sheet measurements are 14" x 14." The piece has been framed and matted measuring 15" x 19." The work is a polymathic serigraphy on rigid cardboard; a Silkscreen in 48 colors with glitter, carborundum and dry passage. Nespolo recalls the Warhol images that made history all over the world: the face of Marilyn Monroe, Campbell's Soup and the beautiful Flowers.
Ugo Nespolo was born on August 29, 1941 in Mosso, Piedmont, Italy. He is an actor and costume designer. -
