Fine art print on paper, hand signed "Vasarely" and numbered "5/150" in graphite at the bottom of the piece. (Please note: the signature on this work of art has not been verified by an expert as authentic.) Based on an acrylic on canvas image created by the artist in 1979-1980, the work of art depicts a fascinating diamond-shaped Op Art design, done in varying shades of red, blue, and cream. A beautiful example of the complex, illusionistic style for which Vasarely is known. The sheet measures approximately 9" x 7" and with triple color-coordinated matting and frame, the piece is 16.25 x 12.25 inches."
